- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆After waiting over an hour for our food - and an extremely rude service--we received a disgusting excuse for sweet and sour chicken and rice. Absolutely inedible, overcooked and rank. Ate a chicken ball each and felt iffy, a few hours after we were violently sick with an extremely painful and bad stomach which lated till morning. This morning I popped open a chicken ball and it was completely pink inside and NOT COOKED!!! So obviously I called and they said it couldnt have been undercooked because it was freshly made and then after I said I still had the chicken balls and the receipt and Id bring them to the shop so we could prove it and get a refund, they then changed the story and said it wasnt possible because theyd been cooked early that evening and then recooked before our delivery. The woman on the phone refused to listen and was shouting. DONT EAT HERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO GET FOOD POISONING OR SHOUTED AT BY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PLANET. 10/10 would sue if I hadthe chance.By lucyparker, May 21, 2017
